Job Description :
- Manage and update product listings on platforms.
- Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure accuracy of product information, images, and descriptions.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data
- Maintain good customer experience through efficient coordination.

Requirements :
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or sales coordination (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of online sales processes, order management, and inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good in handling work pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
